How Long Does A Project Take?
Projects will complete in 7-10 days depending on the number of changes made during the process. We try our best to complete projects within the given time frame.
What Do You Need To Get Started?
The process for starting a project is as follows:
- Client provides either plans or concept for a quote
- A 1/3 retainer deposit is required to start the drawings
- Drawings are started and the client will be involved in approving and adjusting the design up to 3 times
- The second payment of 1/3 is made
- 3D Rendering will be created based on finalized plans
- Plan completion and final payment of 1/3
How Many Changes Can Clients Make to a Plan?
Clients can make up to 3 major changes to the quoted floorplan, smaller changes are limitless. Once the floorplan is finalized no further changes can be made.
How Many 3D Views Does a Client Receive?
Clients can have as many 3D views/renderings of a Quoted Plan as they deem necessary to envision the final product , the clients will also get a 3D Dollhouse view of the project.
What Method Of Payments Do You Aaccept?
We accept company checks and PayPal payments.
