FLOOR PLAN DESIGN

The first step in any home renovation or new build is the floor plan.

We will provide you the as-built (before) and the renovation or new build (after) plans, these plans are complete with interior and exterior dimensions for your review. Dollhouse views of the floor plans are an added plus that are automatically provided with every plan design, these views are a visualization aid to help you accomplish your vision.

Floor plan modifications are part of any building process, we offer you up to 3 modifications to your plans at no additional cost.

After the the design process is completed homeowners can choose to create a walk through of the new space. Kitchens, baths or the entire home can have a walk through.
